Property law
Property law is the body of law which deals with property transactions and property disputes. The distinguishing feature of property law is that under this branch of law, individuals are related to each other through property which may be tangible, like land, or intangible, like a bank account. Property rights can be enforced against all persons unlike rights conferred by contracts which can be enforced only against parties to the contract. If we pick anything up and say that it is personal property, the statement would, in most cases, be incorrect.
